My boiler is telling me low pressure, do I need an engineer?

You might be able to fix this yourself. Type the brand and model of your boiler into YouTube followed by ‘top up pressure’ , every manufacturer has helpful videos on how to do this.
If you find your pressure drops again shortly afterwards then yes, please call, as you will likely need a part and an engineer visit.

My Boiler Is Broken - will a boiler service fix my boiler?
If your boiler is not working, it is likely a boiler call out is the best solution for you, rather than a boiler service. A bit like servicing a car, a boiler service is designed to maintain your working boiler, it helps to look after the boiler, in a working condition, we will ensure parts are working as they should. The office team will always ask about your current boiler, to ensure that the right appointment is made for you.
Our Call out charge for diagnosis or breakdown is £80+vat. Our engineers work up to an hour on your boiler to diagnose the fault, and will advise on the best next steps, whether that be booking in a boiler service, quoting on a spare parts or booking in a warranty call with the boiler manufacturer.  Please note that your Boiler Warranty will not be valid without an annual service every year, proof of which may be required.
